Think of your favorite (good) restaurant-style dressing: the fullness of flavor, unique hints of various ingredients, a wonderful texture...so you go to the store to try to buy something that sounds like it might be close. Unfortunately, you usually end up with some slimy stuff from Kraft or other Big Food company that pretty much tastes disgusting.

Now..THIS dressing is actually just like the restaurant, with one exception: it's better. It's better because it's available whenever you want, because you have as much or as little as you want, because you know what all the ingredients are, all the way down to the anchovy paste.

The taste of fabulous - the best I can describe it is the "house-made" Caesar dressing from an expensive restaurant, but that still tastes wonderful on a variety of salads. I've had this as Caesar salad dressing, small green salads, and on chef salads - it is amazing in each.

Would definitely recommend - though I got mine from the neighborhood Whole Foods for the same price and saved on shipping. (Was looking to buy it in bulk...)

Overall: One of the very best dressings I've had, and one of the VERY few store-bought dressings that would ever warrant 5 stars.
