A Spanish nobleman, the Marques de Valdueza, produces this fine extra virgin olive oil that comes exclusively from the first pressing of olives grown on his familys estate. Because he is producing a small quantity, the olives are pressed within an hour of picking. In addition to using the oil within the family, he has set aside a limited quantity for discerning customers.
