I've been searching for a product like this for a while now. A business associate of mine brought me some "pepper spread" that his Italian mother makes and it was great. So I started looking for a similar product in grocery stores and specialty shops. This is the first one that I would buy again. It's quite hot and delicious! I love to spread this on crusty bread and eat it along with dinner.

My family lives in the village where Tutto Calabria is based. In fact I just returned from there (they're 3 houses away from my family but that's another story LOL) All produce used by Tutto Calabria are organic and the recipies used are traditional to the region. The Celli family are wonderful kind ethical people who look to produce a superb product at an affordable price. Explore and trust me you won't be disappointed!!

This stuff is good on just about anything! If you don't like high spicy, don't purchase this item. All the Tuto Calabria products are wonderful!

This hot spread can be used on bread (forget mayonnaise) or thinned down with olive oil and serve with linguini and grated cheese.

Tutto Calabria Hot Spread Sauce. Tutto Calbria is a small producer in Calabria, Italy. They emphasize on pacaking the most traditional products while maintaining a home cooked taste. All products are produced in smaller batches. Hot Spread Sauce is a fiery blend of eggplant, mushrooms, chili peppers, sundried and fresh tomatoes, garlic, salt and vinegar. This old world sauce has many uses from pasta to sandwiches. Toss with spaghetti, use as a spread for an Italian Hero, blend into meatloaf or casseroles, as a pizza sauce or on a hot dog.
